Art Deco house of flats built in 1928 by the architect Gaston Brunfaut, who designed a similar house at no. 532 a year later. The three-storey elevation under a mansard roof is symmetrical on the upper floors. The brown-brick façade, laid in varied ways with some bricks set on end or projecting, is enhanced with rendered elements, white stone and bluestone, and has massive impost blocks. On the first floor are two non-projecting trapezoidal bays; the original door with its grilled opening survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
