Building in a sober Art Deco style in Wilrijk, built for Louis Luyckx under a building permit of July 1932, to a design by the architects Raymond Ceurvorst and Cornelius Sol. The two-bay, three-storey façade under a flat roof with wide eaves, in light yellow brick with 'Dudok' joints on a bluestone plinth, has the elevation of a house with one door bay and one window bay. The wide right bay has a three-sided oriel on the ground floor, crowned on the first floor by a balcony with a stone balustrade decorated with geometric ironwork; surrounds, mullions and the crowning band are in off-white natural stone. As the building plan is missing, its interior layout is not known with certainty.
