Large Art Deco house designed in 1925 by Raymond Ceurvorst for J.B. Snaps and thoroughly remodelled in 1931 by John Van Zeeland for G. Charles, in Deurne; this remodelling enlarged the house and gave the façade its present Art Deco character. The narrow red-brick façade on a bluestone plinth is filled by a three-sided bay window over two storeys, topped by a balcony with an iron railing, and crowned by a cement-rendered gable with a pediment decorated with flower wreaths. The entrance is in the side façade. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
