Art Deco house built around 1930 on the corner of Koninklijkelaan and Floraliënlaan, in Berchem, as the left half of a double house whose other half was demolished; its designer is unknown. The red-brick façade bears horizontal accents in white natural stone and bas-reliefs of stylised flower vases, arranged around a decorative chimney that marks the corner between two bow windows. Converted into offices in 1971 while keeping the façade, it was divided into student rooms in 2012.
