Building of two flats with a garage and workshop, built for F. Karnas to a design by the architects Raymond Ceurvorst and Cornelius Sol (1932), partners from late 1928 to early 1933. The cornice façade of two unequal bays and three storeys, in yellow brick laid in varied bonds with brick-on-edge courses, uses white natural stone for bands, ornaments, attic and surrounds, and bluestone for the plinth and sills. The wide left bay is marked by a bow window crowned by a stepped attic; floral Art Deco ornaments and a wooden cornice complete the façade, whose garage door and front door with Art Deco ironwork survive.
