An Art Deco block of flats designed by the architect Apollon Lagache in 1929. Its elevation of six storeys and two unequal bays, beneath a mansard roof, is rendered in white artificial stone on the upper floors and punctuated by two oriels, one trapezoidal and the other triangular, separated by a monumental twisted moulding. The commercial ground floor has been heavily altered, but the metal entrance door and the transoms with Art Deco stained glass survive. Inside, the original Otis lift remains, with wrought-iron landing doors on the ground floor.
