An Art Deco apartment building designed in 1933 by the architect A. Varlet on the corner of rue Blanche, replacing an 1870 town house; it is recorded in the inventory. It rises eight storeys, the top one set back, with two bays on avenue Louise treated as oriels on the middle floors and carrying a terrace. On the rue Blanche side, seven of its eight bays are corbelled out, one of them as a loggia. The red-brick façades are enhanced with white stone, and the wrought-iron door is characteristic. Inside, the original Schindler lifts survive, one in an open shaft and a service lift in an enclosed shaft.
