An Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated "Albert Callewaert architecte 1937", recorded in the inventory. It replaced an 1864 house by the architect Janlet. Its white-stone elevation has eight storeys, the top two stepped back in succession, and two bays. The left bay has openings with a central French window, while the right bay is treated as a trapezoidal oriel. The balustrades are metal, and the fine metal door is characteristic.
