Art Deco house by the architect Edmond Lodewyck, 1922: construction had begun in 1914 but was interrupted by the war, and the plans were then revised to the taste of the 1920s. The three-storey façade, a single bay wide on the upper floors, is in red brick with bands of white imitation stone. The bluestone ground floor has a well-preserved shop window with a fine ironwork door. On the first floor, a bow window topped by a terrace with an ironwork railing fronts the triple window of the top floor. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
