Apartment building designed in 1937 by the architect Fernand Keymeulen for the master stevedore Dominique Vincent Roca; planned with six storeys, it received a seventh storey during construction in 1938. Representative of Keymeulen's architecture of the late 1930s, halfway between Art Deco and modernism, it has an asymmetrical cornice façade in yellow brick, with white stone for the oriels and surrounds, bluestone for the ground floor and marble for the door surround. Stacked three-sided oriels with flower boxes mark the wide side bay, while a slender oriel with a round-arched crown and red hammered glass marks the stairwell. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
