Large town house named "Villa Les Glycines", designed in 1930 by the architect Karel Van Looy for Eugene Tys in a sober, floral Art Deco; it follows one of the architect's most frequent standard models in the area, of which nos 45 and 90 Venneborglaan are other examples. Of two bays and three storeys under a flat roof, the top one treated as a slate mansard, it has a cornice façade of brown-red brick on a rusticated plinth. A curved two-storey bay window, decorated on its wide rendered bands with typical geometric Art Deco ornament, is crowned by a wrought-iron balustrade and a wide round-arched dormer forming a pediment, with geometric and floral reliefs. Above the door, rendered panels carry relief decoration and the house name in lettering characteristic of the interwar period; the wrought-iron front-garden railing survives, the joinery does not. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
