Art Deco apartment building of three storeys under a flat roof, built to a 1936 planning file by the architect Karel Van Looy for L. Verlegh, with one flat per floor. Its corniced red-brick façade, on a rusticated base incorporating the door of the basement garage, combines a broad window bay, marked by a two-storey oriel rounded on its left side and crowned by a balcony with tubular railings and a ball ornament, with a narrow recessed door bay; the dark-brick top floor is pierced by a small oval window. The original Art Deco door, with leaded glass and a side light protected by wrought-iron bars, and the glazed garage door protected by the same ironwork survive. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
