House in an Art Deco style inspired by the Amsterdam School, designed in 1932 by architect Pierre De Jongh as a "cheap house" for Adelaide Moens, in Deurne. The brown-brick façade with cornice on a bluestone plinth is dominated by the projecting door bay, whose polygonal bay window rises above the cornice in expressive brickwork. The door with its geometric grille and the polychrome leaded-glass side light are in Art Deco style. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
