Spacious Art Deco house built under a 1930 permit application drawn up by architect Frans Van Lieshout for Jan Thirion, in Deurne. The red-brick façade with cornice on a bluestone plinth, tied together by bands of white natural stone, bears a cartouche with Art Deco motifs; the wide right-hand bay combines a three-sided bay window, a balcony with a geometric wrought-iron railing and a large dormer with a mitre-shaped gable. The front garden keeps its original railing, but the joinery has been replaced. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
