Group of four Art Deco houses, mirrored in pairs, designed in 1922 by and for the Hamesse architect brothers, with the exception of no 36. The two-storey, two-bay elevations beneath mansard roofs are in imitation stone with false joints on bluestone plinths. The entrance bay has a T-shaped opening made up of the door and two small side lights, topped by a panel with an octagonal frame bearing a vase and a bouquet of flowers. The main bay is marked by a trapezoidal bow window supporting a terrace in front of a gabled dormer under a shaped cornice, pierced by a round-arched window. The window frames with glazing bars and the stained glass largely survive. The building is recorded in the inventory.
