Art Deco town house designed in 1928 by the architects Paul Hamesse et Frères. The three-storey façade, in orange brick enlivened with imitation stone on a terrazzo plinth, opens on the ground floor through two trapezoidal-arched bays: the garage door and a recessed porch with a built-in terrazzo bench and red and black chequered paving. On the first floor, a wide projecting bay with a stepped surround has three windows. The second floor has three windows with rails for flower boxes, and the lower roof slope carries two identical dormers. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
