A symmetrical group of six houses in a restrained Art Deco style, built from 1925 to 1927 by the architect Léon David for Adhémar de la Hault. A central passage, beneath an imposing lintel inscribed "Galerie de Waterloo", leads to a street inside the block designed by the same pair in 1912. The asymmetrical façades in orange brick, trimmed with imitation stone, are enlivened by trapezoidal oriels with concave sides and crowned by a deeply projecting cornice on slender modillions; the original ironwork and window frames survive. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
