Maison Art déco, rue Mignot Delstanche 27

Large Art Deco house, signed and dated on the base "Jos Roy / architecte 1928". The symmetrical two-storey façade, in yellow brick enhanced with white imitation stone on a bluestone base, sets two equal bays on either side of a narrower entrance bay. The partly glazed door sits in a stepped surround with a keystone, flanked by two bluestone dies, beneath a tall window framed in imitation stone. The side bays have a trapezoidal bow window on the first floor and wide dormers, and the first-floor windows have geometric-patterned sill rails. The ironwork and window frames have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
