Art Deco-inspired corner apartment house, signed and dated "F.(ranz) Van Hamme architecte 1929". Its two three-bay façades, of two storeys under a mansard roof, are in red brick enlivened with white imitation-stone elements on a bluestone plinth. They are marked by oriels on triangular, trapezoidal or, at the corner, polygonal plans, and punctuated by a recurring floral relief motif; the tall roof slope is pierced by numerous dormers with trapezoidal arches. An annex built in 1935 on rue Alphonse Renard was converted into a garage in 1937.
