Art Deco house with a touch of modernism, designed by the architect Camille Damman in 1929. The three-storey, two-bay façade is in yellow brick with decorative patterns and recessed pointing, heightened with worked bluestone (beaked sills, weep spouts). On the ground floor a recessed porch of trapezoidal plan shelters the door; the first floor forms a bow window, framed by projections, on a pyramidal brick corbel. On the second floor two French windows open onto a terrace with a brick parapet set with small wrought-iron grilles, beneath a canted cornice decorated with coffers. The joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
