An Art Deco apartment building on the corner of Rue Jean-Baptiste Colyns, designed by the architect C. Royet in 1937. On a concrete frame, the façade of artificial stone, concrete and brick is organised around rounded corner bays, fronted on the first and sixth floors by balconies with stylised concrete balustrades, and trapezoidal oriels on both streets. The ground floor, on a bluestone plinth, lines up garage doors, an octagonal light and a porch with stepped jambs; the flat roof is screened by a low attic wall. The ironwork, metal joinery with geometric stained glass and an open-shaft Schindler lift are original.
