Maisons, rue Mignot Delstanche 39-41

A pair of similar Art Deco houses, asymmetrically composed as mirror images, built in 1926 to designs by the architect André Darche. No. 39 has a yellow-brick façade enhanced with white stone and red brick, with a hexagonal opening, a triangular-plan window and a trapezoidal wooden bay; no. 41, in red brick and white stone, features a wide bay window on corbels and a small pointed oculus. Both houses keep their small-paned window frames and stained-glass transoms. Both are recorded in the statutory inventory.
