Group of six Art Deco town houses, built in 1924 by the architect Paul Hamesse, in two groups of three dwellings whose outer houses are mirror images. The houses have three storeys and two bays under a gabled roof, with half-hips on the side façades. The façades were originally rendered in rough imitation stone with smooth bands, a finish now surviving only at nos. 25-27. Each main bay, with a garage, has on the third level a slightly curved balcony with an iron railing between posts topped by spheres, under a wide dormer. The outer houses of each group have their entrance, towards the second level, on the side façade, in a trapezoidal projection reached by a flight of steps; the central houses (nos. 29-31 and 41-43) have an entrance bay with split levels and a recessed round-arched porch. The group is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
