Art Deco apartment building signed on the façade “Paul Hamesse / Frères / Architectes” in 1928. It has five storeys, including a mezzanine, and three bays under a mansard roof, the central bay being marked on the upper floors by an artificial-stone bay window. The red brick façade is pierced by rectangular openings with white stone surrounds; those of the mezzanine are separated by fluted piers. The building is recorded in the statutory inventory; it is not protected as a monument.
