Pair of similar Art Deco houses designed in 1922 by and for the architect J. Vermeersch, who also designed the neighbouring houses. The three-storey elevations, in orange-toned brick enhanced with white stone, have a round-arched window on the ground floor and, between pilasters, a two-storey bow window. This carries a small terrace with a parapet in front of a dormer adorned with carved owls, beneath a widely overhanging shaped cornice. Doors, cornices and most of the window frames have been preserved; the pair is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
