Maison Art déco, avenue du Suffrage universel 49

Art Deco town house signed by the architect Paul Posno to the left of the front door, 1931. The three-storey façade, a single bay wide on the upper floors, is faced with bluestone and white stone. The front door and garage door, with splayed and moulded jambs, sit under a continuous cornice; the upper floors have triple windows and a bow window of curved outline beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. Geometric drip-stones and a widely projecting trapezoidal cornice complete the composition. The building is recorded in the inventory.
