Immeuble de rapport Art déco, avenue du Suffrage universel 10

Art Deco apartment building signed to the left of the door by the architect Robert Lemaire, 1936. The four-storey, two-bay elevation beneath a flat roof is in orange brick and rendered sections, enhanced with bluestone and black ceramic tiles. The right-hand bay forms a four-storey trapezoidal projection, extended on each floor by a balcony with a canted corner, a parapet and a tubular railing. The windows have been replaced and the cornice clad in PVC, but the glazed wrought-iron door with a geometric pattern has been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
