Art Deco town house designed by the architect J. Vermeersch in 1932. The façade of two unequal bays and two storeys under a mansard roof is in white stone finely carved with geometric motifs, on a high bluestone base that houses a garage. The main bay forms a trapezoidal projection; the door, with cut upper corners and a splayed surround, is reached by a flight of steps. The glazed door, in elaborate wrought iron, incorporates a lantern; the window frames are preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory.
