Art Deco town house, signed and dated 1932 on the plinth by the architect J. Vermeersch. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof has three unequal bays in orange brick and white stone, enhanced with bluestone, with most openings set in surrounds carved with geometric motifs. The door, beneath a canopy with a curved outline, is flanked by two projecting sections on a trapezoidal plan whose entablature with curved mouldings forms the parapet of a terrace. The glazed wrought-iron door and most of the window frames survive; originally the ground floor contained a playroom, a drawing room, a large hall with a main staircase, a kitchen, a pantry and a dining room. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
