Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1927 by the architect Isidore De Bièvre, within a row of buildings with front gardens running from no. 38 to no. 68. The asymmetrical two-storey elevation under a mansard roof is in orange brick enhanced with rendered elements, on a sandstone rubble plinth, with some windows having cut corners. The main bay is fronted by a trapezoidal oriel carrying a small terrace with a wrought-iron railing, in front of a gabled dormer under a shaped cornice, pierced by a French window flanked by octagonal oculi. The joinery is original (grilled door, small-paned windows), and the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.

Translated from the French original.
