Imposing detached villa of Art Deco inspiration by the architect J. Vermeersch, 1929, set in the middle of a tree-lined park. It is bordered at the avenue by a hedge and by an Art Deco boundary wall designed in 1946 by the architect Henri Van Hall. The red-brick facade, enhanced with dressed stone, shows an almost pyramidal composition of interlocking volumes under varied roofs, with an axial entrance and decoration of white-stone bas-reliefs.
