Former house of the architect Armand Delforge, in the Art Deco style, from 1923. The two-storey façade under a mansard roof, in brick dressed with bluestone and white imitation stone, stands on a base of green sandstone rubble. On the ground floor, a round-arched door flanked by an oval oculus is paired with a basket-arched window; on the upper floor, a trapezoidal oriel sits beneath the deeply projecting cornice carried by three pairs of massive brackets. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
