Art Deco middle-class house designed in 1923 by the architect Paul Posno, within a row of buildings with front gardens running from no. 38 to no. 68. The asymmetrical elevation, with bays on staggered levels, is in orange brick enhanced with rendered sections. The main bay has a trapezoidal bay window under a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, in front of a round-arched T-shaped French window, and a polygonal gable pierced by a small triangular bay window. The projecting entrance porch rests on four stocky columns supporting a timber-framed lean-to roof. The door and part of the cornice have been preserved; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
