Multi-family house in a sober Art Deco, built in Deurne to a 1932 design by Benoit Dupont for A. De Gol. With no. 76, by the same architect, and no. 78, by Jan Sels, it forms a group of three houses that stands out in the street for its pronounced use of white natural stone. The cornice façade of two unequal bays and two storeys, in red brick on a bluestone plinth, puts the emphasis on the upper floor, where the trapezoidal bay window and the parapets, faced in almost blind white stone, are enlivened by S-shaped or spiral motifs in low relief. All the joinery has been replaced in synthetic material, and the house, designed for two dwellings, was converted into a single-family house in 1976. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
