Art Deco apartment building that the architect Benoit J. Dupont built on his own account, designed in 1936 and completed in 1937, next to the Résidence Beau Séjour he had erected a year earlier. On a reinforced-concrete frame, it has a basement and six storeys under a flat roof; the façade combines red brick, white stone slabs and bluestone, with a stepped crowning and drip mouldings stressing the horizontal. The entrance hall retains its panelling and contrasting marble. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
