Art Deco tenement house with an asymmetrical composition, designed in 1931 by the architect Julien Roggen. The orange brick elevation is enhanced with black and yellow ceramic tiles, white artificial stone and bluestone. The main bay combines a garage entrance and a shallow two-storey oriel with windows stepped forward at the centre, carrying a terrace with a wrought-iron railing in front of a T-shaped French window. The entrance bay has a deep recessed porch and trapezoidal windows with cornices. Most of the joinery has been preserved (doors with grilled openings, leaded windows, some with stained glass), and the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
