Asymmetrical Art Deco house, signed and dated to the right of the door "F. VAN DEN ENG / ARCH – 1933". The façade, in thin yellow brick enhanced with bluestone and white stone, has two storeys beneath a mansard roof, the main bay rising one storey higher with a curved crowning. A two-storey trapezoidal projection beneath a terrace with dies and wrought-iron railings fronts a round-arched French window set within an arch of the same shape. The door, with jambs incorporating lanterns beneath an archivolt, the original joinery and the geometric railings and piers of the front garden have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
