An Art Deco apartment building with a garage on the ground floor, designed in 1931 by the architect Julien Roggen; the ground floor, which included a showroom, was entirely altered in 1956 by the architect J. Manneback. The upper floors in orange brick, set off with bluestone, artificial stone and white stone with a scored finish, have three symmetrical bays, the outer ones marked by rectangular oriels. Jambs and mullions treated as fluted colonnettes with spherical finials, panels carved with stylised plants and a stepped parapet with bas-reliefs and spheres make up the decoration. The building is recorded in the legal inventory.
