Asymmetrical Art Deco apartment building, signed “J. Roggen architecte” to the left of the garage, 1929. Above a bluestone base, the front is faced in brick and rendered elements. The right-hand bay has a triangular projecting bay on the first floor. Originally the building was entered through a carriage passage, now closed by a garage door, and all the joinery has been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
