Art Deco two-dwelling house, signed on the base by the architect Jean Gustenhoven and dated 1928. It forms part of a particularly coherent row of houses of the same period, from no. 105 to no. 125. The red-brick façade, enhanced with white stone and white imitation stone, has three storeys beneath a mansard, the main bay forming a rectangular oriel, with fluted and floral decoration. The inventory notes a particularly original plan: a garage takes up a large part of the ground floor and two pedestrian doors give separate access to the dwellings. The original joinery and ironwork survive, as does the carefully finished decoration of the left-hand hall; the house is recorded in the inventory.
