Art Deco apartment building by the architect Julien Roggen, 1931. Above a bluestone base, the red-brick front is enhanced with rendered elements. It has five bays on three storeys, two facing Rue F. Hellinckx and three facing Rue du Neep. The main bays and the spandrels carry rendered Art Deco decoration; the doors and cornice are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
