An Art Deco apartment building, signed on the base by the architect Julien Roggen, 1935. The symmetrical four-storey elevation under a flat roof, in orange and red brick set off with bluestone and white artificial stone, is arranged around a narrow entrance bay with a round-arched door in a frame of successive recesses. The side bays carry oriels on a trapezoidal plan over the full height of the upper floors, with stepped concrete crowns; the windows of the central bay are divided by a tall stone panel decorated with stylised flowers. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
