Asymmetrical Art Deco house signed on the ground floor by the architect Edmond Boileau, 1928. The façade, in imitation white stone enhanced with white stone and orange brick, has three storeys, the top one treated as a mansard slope in the entrance bay and crowned by a stepped gable with a stone cornice in the main bay. The ground floor is pierced by round-arched openings; a bow window beneath a terrace with dies and wrought-iron railings fronts a mullioned T-shaped French window. Low reliefs with fruit motifs adorn the façade, whose door with grilled openings and cornice have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
