Art Deco town house built in 1929 by the architect D. Mergam. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof has three bays, the central one containing the entrance, and combines brick, painted concrete elements and bluestone above a rusticated plinth. On the left, the garage entrance is surmounted by an oriel on a trapezoidal plan rising to the cornice; the door, whose transom forms a canopy, is reached by a flight of steps with masonry balustrades. The cornice, the door with its grilled opening and the front-garden railing survive; inside, a large central stairwell is lit by a roof lantern. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
