Art Deco town house by the architect Maurice Van Nieuwenhuyse, 1928. The yellow-brick and white-stone elevation has three storeys under a mansard roof, with a single bay on the upper floors. On the ground floor the garage door and the front door each have an imposing stepped surround with keystone. A trapezoidal oriel window flanked by giant pilasters and a central dormer with pilasters and gable enliven the façade, which is decorated with fluting. The metal doors and front-garden railings are original; the house is recorded in the inventory.
