An Art Deco town house designed by the architect Van den Eng in 1928. The asymmetrical red-brick elevation set off with white stone, beneath a mansard, has in its main bay a projection housing a basement garage and topped by a terrace, beneath a gable with shaped copings. The rectangular windows have shouldered or shaped arches, and the door with a cavetto surround is flanked by a small barred window. The oak joinery and the wrought-iron railings and front-garden gates are original.
