Art Deco mansion of 1922, in Schaerbeek. Built under a mansard roof, it has three unequal bays and three storeys, the first two of low height, with a central entrance bay on staggered levels. The red-brick façade is enhanced with sandstone on the ground floor and white stone on the upper floors; the windows are mostly rectangular, with one or more mullions. In the centre, the door and the tall window above it are round-arched; the main bay has two garage entrances with depressed arches and a bow window set directly beneath the cornice. The dormers are partly built into the convex slope of the mansard; the building is recorded in the inventory.
