Building resulting from the Art Deco refacing, in 1925, of two houses of 1835 by the architect Maurice Van Nieuwenhuyse. The commercial ground floor has been altered many times. The rendered elevation has three storeys and three unequal bays, the central one narrower and pierced by oblong openings; at the sides, the piers between the bays are decorated with moulded panels in a chain pattern. A wooden cornice is topped by a crenellated attic wall; the original metal window frames retain stained glass with oval motifs. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
