An Art Deco town house signed in 1924 on the base by the architects Jos Chabot and John Van Zeeland. The elevation of two unequal bays and two storeys under a mansard, in orange brick and white stone, combines on the left a curved oriel and a dormer gable flanked by an imposing acroterion, and on the right a cross-mullioned window and the door beneath a continuous cornice. The characteristic decoration brings together stylised fruit and almost Cubist elements, such as the mullions and corbels. A garage was inserted into the base in 1939; the original door survives. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
