A four-storey, five-bay Art Deco apartment building, signed and dated 1925 by the architect Maurice Van Nieuwenhuyse. The red-brick elevation, set off with bluestone, white stone and imitation stone, is punctuated on the upper floors by giant pilasters; the outer bays carry trapezoidal oriels linked on the first floor by a continuous balcony with a wrought-iron railing. The entablature, with panels partly filled with mosaic, is topped by a deeply projecting wooden cornice. The original window frames, with stained-glass transoms, and the geometric ironwork survive. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
